What is Spartan SGX?
Spartan Group Exercise (SGX) is a 8 or 12 week training program (depends on season) geared towards ultimately achieving each individual’s Total Fitness. It is not about curling, running or biking, it is about pushing, pulling, jumping, stretching, breathing and sweating. SGX is designed to create an exhilarating and community driven group atmosphere of fitness, nutrition, and performance that optimizes individual performance in Spartan Races, as well as daily life
SGX Fitness Program includes:
-8/12 week program -Aragon's Spartan Nutrition Guide -Easy to follow Recipes -Grocery List
Phase 1: FUNCTION
Focus: Athleticism, Attitude, & Nutrition / Purpose: to improve movement, and motivation.
Phase 2: FITNESS
Focus: Stamina, Readiness / Purpose: to improve fitness and health by increasing work capacity.
PHASE 3: PERFORMANCE
Focus: Tenacity and Power / Purpose: To maximize physical output and undefine your “comfort zone”

**Date of billing cycle will be the date of registration. For example, if you sign up Nov. 12th, then you will be billed the 12th of every month.
